Corporate Resolutions Inc. (CRI) conducts investigations about people to help its clients make informed business decisions and to protect their assets from fraud, scams or unlawful compromise. The data it collects must be as reliable as possible. Investigations include data about individuals in a business or professional capacity but may also include information about personal attributes and assessments of character. CRI compiles the resulting information into reports for the client that commissioned the research.
CRI takes reasonable measures to protect the privacy and security of personal information and of the reports it prepares. The resulting report is given only to the client and as authorized.
CRI may receive personal data from sources outside the US. It may also process the resulting data in the US or globally or allow vendors to do so on its behalf.
